Gross, but Awesome

Yesterday, part of our conversation at lunch revolved around what I'm thankful for today - my Neti Pot.  I love, love, love my Neti Pot!  If you don't know what it is, it's a little teapot-looking thing that you use to "irrigate" your sinuses by filling it with warm water and a saline solution.  I use mine every morning.  I always wake up a little congested and it clear things right out.  The conversation at lunch was that it's kind of gross - and it is - but ahhh...the sinus relief.  Seriously...I skipped using it a few days a few weeks back because I got up later than usual and I got sick with my first cold after not using it those days.  I am convinced that I wouldn't have gotten sick if I had used it.  Who knows...but I love the thing!  One of my co-workers wanted me to video myself using my Neti so he could see it in action. Naw - that's not going to happen!  Silly, but true - I am so thanful for my Neti!

Note - my Neti is about 1/4 of the size as Dwight's neti.
