Today my gratitude is in the form of relief. For the first day in many, all my students are caught up on tests and quizzes that they were not finished with yet. Extended time for taking tests is great in theory, but in practice, it makes my life heck trying to chase everyone around to finish things! I am grateful to know that tomorrow, I don't have to sort tests, check tests, re-sort tests, read tests, or really have anything to do with tests. Of course, it will all start over Monday when my kids have a math test...but for the next 3 days I'm going to not think about that! Yay for feeling caught up!
